  1. One of the first things that captured me and opened my eyes to see the high peak truth concerning Christ in the Lord’s recovery is a Poland camp I attended in 1998. At that conference we saw all these aspects of Christ in 1 Corinthians. Wow, against such a dark background in Corinth we see that Paul gives us one Person – Christ – and one way – the cross – as the solution to all our problems!

    What a Christ!

    • I agree. It is a staggering view of Christ and an amazing presentation of our real need. One line really stuck with me from this conference: “Romans is the textbook and 1 Corinthians is the lab manual.” Although Romans provides a complete sketch of the Christian life and church life, it is theoretical, or it is just presented as statements of truth. What makes the Christ in 1 Corinthians so compelling is that the experience of Christ is embedded in a very real and messy context.

  2. Hi i think on your image, there’re only 19 items. what’s the 20th aspect of Christ?
